Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known roles include the role of Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. For the HBO drama True Blood, she played in the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her first job was as an educator for the county of Maury County where she taught children in kindergarten and Reading. When she got married to Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she relocated to Thompsons Station. She began her teaching career with Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. Both in 1999 and 2000 she continued on to teach while getting her masters in instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped off the teaching side when the family welcomed their son Baylor into the family in 2000. Ashley has spent the last fifteen years serving the community and focusing on children's growth in the church she went to and within the local community. Ashley has served as director of the Preschool Ministry, and in Students Ministry since more than 13 years. Ashley was a homeschooler for her three kids for three years during the time she was home. While they were homeschooled, the children took part in a home school class during which Ashley as well taught History in Kindergarten and 1st Grade. She loved homeschooling and being with her children God demonstrated to their family that it was now time to re-enter school full time. Brent as well as Ashley have five children. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all at GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduate is a student at and is a baseball player at UT Martin. Callan as well as a GCA graduate is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. The family is very engaged and they enjoy fishing, hunting, and assisting their friends in sporting events.
